Russell Sabadosa founded Premier Choice Realty with a clear vision: to create an investment-focused brokerage that prioritizes client success and community enrichment. A respected figure in Western Massachusetts real estate, Russell is also a licensed instructor who is passionate about education. He has taught continuing education courses for real estate agents and pre-licensing courses for aspiring professionals at various institutions, including community colleges throughout the area. His dedication to sharing knowledge is a cornerstone of our company's philosophy.
A Fateful Partnership
The next chapter of our story began when Russell was teaching a real estate course part-time at a local community college. It was there he met Andrew Komarow, a student with a sharp, analytical mind and a shared passion for the tangible value of real estate. They quickly discovered a common belief: that real estate was not just about buying and selling homes, but about building secure, prosperous futures through smart investments. This shared vision became the foundation of a dynamic partnership that would propel Premier Choice Realty forward.

Together, Russell and Andrew expanded the company's focus, introducing our now-famous Community Tours to showcase the unique character and investment potential of the neighborhoods we serve.
Diversifying Our Expertise
Recognizing the growing needs of our clients, we branched into specialized areas, launching our own Self-Storage brand, "Good to Stow," and expanding our comprehensive Property Management services.
